Delivery across the UK

We deliver to trade and retail customers throughout mainland UK. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days, with delivery typically following within a further 1–2 days by our nationwide courier network.

Lead times on made-to-order ranges

Selected finishes and bespoke configurations are made to order. Your account manager will confirm the expected lead time at the point of order — as a guide, made-to-order pieces usually ship within 4–6 weeks.

Tracking your order

Once your order leaves us you'll receive tracking details by email. If anything is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we'll put it right.
